Bitumen Emulsion SS1 General Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bitumen Emulsion SS1<\/strong> is an anionic slow-setting emulsion containing a minimum of 57% Bitumen<\/strong><\/a><\/span>. It is a low-viscosity, hard asphalt residue designed for use in various applications including tack coating, fine-graded mixes, dust control, fog seals, and specialty applications.<\/p>\n

The slow-setting means it has extended workability time to ensure effective coating of dense-graded aggregates with high fines content, it is classified as an anionic emulsion, where the asphalt particles have a negative charge, and the emulsion has slower breaking characteristics than other types.<\/p>\n
