Cutback Bitumen SC-3000 General Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cutback Bitumen SC-3000<\/strong> is a medium-curing cutback asphalt, which consists of asphalt cement blended with a solvent or distillate, such as diesel, kerosene, or naphtha, to reduce its viscosity and make it easier to handle and apply at ambient temperatures.<\/p>\n

This product is formulated to contain approximately 50-60% solvent by volume, making it a highly fluid, black, and sticky material derived from the refining of crude oil.<\/p>\n
