Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1h General Description
Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1h is an aqueous bitumen emulsion consisting of bitumen, water, and emulsifying agents. It is a slow-setting, cationic emulsion, i.e., it is positively charged, enabling quick and effective bonding with negatively charged surfaces such as aggregates.
Cationic Slow Setting CSS-1h is manufactured for application in a range of uses, including slurry seals, patching, soil stabilization, and cold recycling.
